The following guidelines will ensure you get the best experience and expectations out of your visit.
Confirmation Of Booking
48 hours before your appointment, you’ll receive a text and an email. If for any reason you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a charge for your absence.
When You Arrive
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment starts, that way we can get you properly settled. Once you arrive at our studio a member of staff will make you feel at home.
If you are running late, we will call to make sure you’re on your way. If lateness exceeds 15 minutes, your stylist will make a decision as to whether your appointment can still go ahead. We will do our level best to make sure this happens, but with an ongoing waiting list it might be required that you reschedule. If this is the case, our cancellation fee will apply.
Length Of Appointment
You will be notified in advance as to the approximate length of your appointment.
You can leave coats, umbrellas and bags in our studio while we treat you. However, please bear in mind that it is not our responsibility to look after them. If you have something valuable, we suggest you keep them on your person.
If you have any health concerns or a medical condition, please notify us in advance with as much detail as possible so we can make the necessary preparations. If you are pregnant, we will make arrangements to ensure the treatment is safe for you and your baby.
We administer allergy tests 48 prior to all chemical services, and for some beauty services. While reactions are rare, it is still best to take precautions. If you experience any adverse symptoms after the test please let us know.
We welcome children into our salon. Under 13s must be accompanied by an adult, and 13-16 year olds must provide parental consent at the time of booking.
We can occasionally cater for last minute appointments, depending on staff availability.
We want to ensure you and your fellow customers get the best possible experience from the 3D treatment. With that in mind, we welcome any feedback you might have following your appointment.
We might ask for a deposit prior to your appointment. As mentioned above, we will require advance notice if you decide to cancel. We cannot refund deposits from cancellations that are made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
Well behaved pets are welcome in our studio. We will provide drinking water for them if needed.
As ours is an upstairs studio, we regret that we cannot offer wheelchair accessibility. However, we do offer callout services to your home, so you are welcome to arrange a private appointment if that suits you.
